PEEK

PEEK (PolyEtherEtherKetone) is one of the highest-performance polymers in world.  PEEK has exceptional mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties making it a go-to material in some of the most demanding applications.  The Polyaryletherketone (PAEK) family of thermoplastics exhibit exceptional thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties.

PEKK CF

 Aerospace-grade performance made possible by using Kepstan® PEKK and Toray® Aerospace-Grade T800 24K Chopped Carbon Fiber.  This compound was created for extreme applications where exceptional thermal, mechanical, and chemical resistance properties are required.

PEI (ULTEM)

ULTEM™ 9085 resin offers the ability to create parts with excellent properties at elevated temperatures due to a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 186°C.  PEI is an amorphous, high-performance polymer that combines excellent thermal properties, exceptional dimensional stability, inherent flame retardancy, and good chemical resistance.

NYLON CF

Advanced semi-aromatic polyamide copolymer reinforced with high-modulus carbon fibre.  This filament is ideal for anyone that desires a structural component with high modulus, improved chemical and thermal resistance, excellent surface quality, and ease of printing. Excellent dimensional stability comes from the carbon fiber and the semi-aromatic nylon.

POLYCARBONATE

PC has some of the best mechanical properties & high-heat resistance in the 3D Printing world (Tg of 147°C).  Our PC allows for the printing of functional prototypes and production parts with very fine detail and excellent surface quality.

ECOMAX® PLA

ECOMAX® PLA Biopolymer is made in the USA using 100% virgin PLA Natural works biopolymer resin and premium colorants. 
PLA is the most common filament used and is great for mock-ups and prototyping.
